Lockhart Locksmith LLC is a licensed and insured locksmith company owned and operated by Keith Hart. We provide residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services throughout Sarasota County, Florida, including Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Longboat Key.

We offer locksmith services including but not limited to:
- Residential lock installation, rekeying, repair, and replacement
- Commercial lock systems, access control, and master key systems
- Automotive lockouts, key replacement, and transponder programming
- Emergency 24/7 lockout response
- High-security lock installation
- Custom home lock hardware and smart lock installation
All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the job upon arrival. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Service Area
We primarily serve Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, and the broader Sarasota County area. Services outside this area may be available at our discretion and may incur additional travel charges, which will be disclosed before work begins.
4. Quotes and Pricing
We provide honest, upfront quotes before beginning any work. Quotes given by phone or via our contact form are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may differ if the actual job scope differs from what was described. We will notify you of any price difference before proceeding.
We do not charge hidden emergency fees. Any after-hours or emergency pricing will be disclosed clearly before work begins.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We do not process payments through this website. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service. We do not offer credit or delayed payment terms unless agreed in writing in advance.
6. Scheduling and Cancellations
We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. For emergency calls, response times will vary based on current dispatch availability and your location within our service area.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting our services, you represent that:
- You are the owner of the property or vehicle, or you have the owner's explicit authorization to engage locksmith services.
- You will provide accurate information about the property and the nature of the lock issue.
- You will be present or arrange access at the time of service.
We reserve the right to require proof of ownership or authorization before performing any service. Misrepresentation may result in refusal of service and could constitute a criminal offense under Florida law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lockhart Locksmith LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We carry liability insurance as required by Florida law. In the event of damage caused by our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
